When you join our classes, you get both effective training, knowledgeable and motivating coaching, as well as the community feeling with the others in the box.
There is 3 hours of free parking and almost 60 parking spaces right at the doorstep. All you have to do is set the parking disc.

We are an alternative gym that uses simple basic equipment such as barbells, ropes, tires, kettlebells, rowing machines etc. Great work outs without all the unnecessary.
